  Staff is super friendly. I am on a few times a week for business account. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but they are very effecient and keep the line moving.

  The employees are friendly and the place is clean but I waited an hour to get a replacement debit card. There's no signage saying "hey, if you're here for this, go here and if you're here for that, go here." So I waited in line (like the phone CSR told me to do) for twenty minutes and they was told oh, bummer pal! You have to have someone over there so that... so I waited a half hot in the seating area for someone to help me do something that took five minutes. The person who helped me was awesome and friendly and even followed up with a phone call so, no complaints there. But it's just a little disorganized if you don't visit a bank regularly. Also, the parking situation is just stupid. I don't know how people don't get into accidents regularly there.

  I bank with this branch for my small business and every time I have gone in they are friendly and take care of my needs. I'm not sure about the bad reviews but from my experience they're doing great at this branch.

  Always have problems at Wells Fargo! The one closer to my house their system is always down!! And now I have to go to another bank and they are giving me a hard time cashing a check!! I've been with them for over 2 years! Moving banks for sure and have never been negative, have never had any problems. Only when it comes down to cashing my checks or depositing! For all this time wasted I might as well just pay a fee at Amscot to cash it.
