  I've always found Chase to be a terrific bank and I think the staff in this branch works very hard to offer great service. I do most of my banking online or at the ATM, but I've aways been treated well (and warmly greeted) every time I've gone inside to handle any banking. In fact, several different people on staff here have gone out of their way to help me numerous times. Have I had to wait a few times? Yes. It's a bank and I understand that some transactions take longer than others. But if I've had to wait, the staff has always been apologetic and polite. I'm very happy with their service.

  I was having problems making a payment to my business credit card from my business checking account on the Chase website, so I went into this branch to find out why. Was informed my checking account had been closed with no reason given and obviously no warning ahead of time. Hard to do business when your accounts are closed for no reason, so there's no way to even fix it. So, understatement of the year to say I would recommend steering clear of Chase especially given the problems I had opening the account at the Riverview branch: "Went to open a business checking account at this location. The person helping me didn't know the difference between a LLC and sole proprietorship. I asked him what his position at the bank was to see if I needed to get a supervisor involved, and he referred to his title as "business maker". Still not sure what that means. He was supposed to have the manager call me to straighten this out. He never gave her the message. The manager also said she didn't receive an email I sent her the previous day sent to the email address on her business card. I don't think there's a word to describe the service I received here. Except for "non-existent"

  As a long time Chase customer, I've banked at many of the branches around Tampa for personal and business needs and they've all been great. I really wanted to like this location but their business bankers have completely neglected to return my calls. Additionally, the ATMs are always at least partially broke (ie can't accept or dispense cash).
