- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I saw a couple of reviews and thought I should speak up. I have been with TD Bank for some time now and let me say that this bank and branch in particular has been amazing. I am always greeted by name with smiles and shouts of "Good Morning" etc. They know their clients and treat them like friends. I can't even remember when I was ever even asked for ID. Get to know them, they are great folks. I was a former BOA client and would never even consider switching banks! Thanks TD!!!By Alvin Cubano, June 14, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have banked with TDBANK since 1996. When I first opened my accounts, it was under a different bank who was later bought out by TD Bank, but I am happy with their service. I even kept my accounts when I moved to a southern state that didn't yet have any TD bank branches. I will be relocating again in the near future, and although there ARE in fact TD Bank branches in that state, I would have continued to bank with them anyway. Recently the strip on my debit card was demagnetized/deactivated and I went into a branch office and was given a replacement on the spot. No waiting days for a replacement to be mailed to me. Yes, I've encountered poor customer service on occasion over the years, but thats on the individuals I encountered, not TD Bank in general. Sadly, we encounter that everywhere. Over the years I have banked with different institutions and rank TD Bank the best of all due to their comparitively reasonable fees, helpful customer service, and branches with Sunday hours.By Leigh LaDuke, October 06, 2016
