- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would give "zero" for review if I could. Very bad customer service for a bank customer. I was in the middle of trying to buy a car and needed a bank check & we were in Brandon so we went to the Brandon Blvd. branch where the bank teller, Debbie, took about 40 minutes which included checking with a manager & still we waited for a bank check & had the money sitting in our account. Our PNC branch in Clearwater was called & all was verified and still we left with no sign of our bank check. Very, very bad customer service by Debbie and the bank manager. Next morning Brandon branch had flagged our bank account for "no" reason which we had to straighten out with our branch and we finally got our bank check and drove round trip again (to finally buy our car) for what should've been easily handled the day before. Remember "our" money was in "our" account. I would never, ever go to this branch again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Wasted our time for no good reason.By Sally T, January 29, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very very rarely do i leave bad feedback. That said, this was one of the worst customer experiences i have ever had. The person we dealt with was completely incompetent and thought it very funny that she couldn't figure out a simple transaction. I would have put this down to nerves or lack of training but that wasn't it. This women was happily messing with people and it was enjoyable for her. We waited for 45 minutes for a cashier's check and ended up walking out. As we waited for 45 minutes we got to listen to her talk badly and nastaly about EVERY other customer after they left. When the branch manager did show up she showed no interest. I generally like dealing with PNC bank and our branch in Clearwater is excellent but I would strongly advise against using this branch until someone at PNC takes it in hand.By British James, December 05, 2016
